Please do not send us
Your password, a recovery key, a private key or an identity document. We never need them. Fireplace messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read your conversations and cannot help recover them.
Reporting a person or message
Inside the app, open the conversation, use the menu, and choose Report. Nothing from the conversation is sent unless you tick the box to include recent messages.
